How can we change a collaboration network?

Now that a wide range of products and services are being commoditized globally, corporations are increasingly seeking to derive their competitiveness from the activity of their staff. In this project, we discuss an example of a company which has been highly evaluated for its management utilizing ICT, and propose how to manage the collaboration network by encouraging of communication.
